APS is pleased to announce our plan to launch a robust suite of generative AI capabilities embedded seamlessly throughout our application, elevating how HR admins and managers work and thrive. The goal of our AI technology is to provide data insights that allow smaller HR departments to be more efficient and strategic in their decision-making.

What is Generative AI?

This type of AI uses learning algorithms and large language models (LLM) to analyze data patterns and generate new insights based on those patterns. Generative AI has a wide range of applications, especially in HR. Overall, generative AI has the potential to revolutionize the way HR interacts with technology, not as a replacement for people but to create new opportunities for efficiency gains.

During the initial phases of development, APS met with our Product Advisory Group, consisting of customers from different industries and company sizes. At first, their reaction toward AI for HR was uncertain. However, the feedback became overwhelmingly positive after we showcased its benefits in the APS platform.

Our generative AI model isn’t just another tool; it’s an intelligent assistant embedded throughout our application. We identified areas of the APS platform to strategically embed our AI technology that delivers meaningful insights and automation for HR and managers alike. This proactive approach simplifies complex tasks that would take leaders and HR professionals hours, if not days, to perform. By saving time, managers and HR teams can enhance efficiency and become more strategic in handling specific tasks.

Closing The Loop - Streamlined Processes, Streamlined Success

The embedded AI brings transformative functions to users, going beyond delivering the right answer or pulling a help document. An example of this is the ability to conduct enhanced performance review analysis. By diving deeper into feedback, the AI tool can extract insights, identify patterns, and offer actionable recommendations for employee growth and organizational improvement.

APS will build AI into Workforce Planning, Scheduling, Performance Management, Manager Self Serve and Benefits Administration, with future plans to embed this technology in other areas of the platform. Managers can leverage AI to make decisions confidently and quickly, playing a more strategic role.
