Our firm was born in 1931 in Waterloo, Wisconsin, at the height of the Great Depression. Ed Virchow started our business by providing audits to the Midwestern canning companies that helped feed our nation.
Since then, we have combined with more than 40 different firms, growing our presence coast-to-coast and internationally.
We’ve grown from a local to a regional to a global firm, all the while maintaining our culture of passion, innovation, and collaboration. In 2021, we honored our 90th anniversary by telling stories of the men and women who built our firm and forged the relationships that connect us to our clients and communities today.
