APS referral partners simply submit leads to APS via a provided link. Our knowledgeable team members will then qualify the end-user, provide a demo, and execute the APS sales process to maximize the potential for a shared client.

Onboarding an APS end-user begins with the Account Executive understanding all needs and objectives of the client. This approach allows the Account Executive to accurately communicate those needs and objectives to the implementation team for a smooth transition. An implementation project will kick off with an introduction to a project manager and a plan outline.

During onboarding, the major steps are data extraction from the current provider, building the company instance in APS, and testing the data to ensure accuracy. The implementation team will provide a combination approach of live training and self-paced video training to ensure end-users have a thorough knowledge of the APS platform. Our goal is to ensure an accurate, timely transition.
